Elianna Leadership Coaching.
Think you're not a leader? Well if you have a business and/or a family, you certainly ARE a leader - like it or not! More to the point, when was the last time you had a whole hour to talk about just you and what you really want? That’s where Elianna can step in - we help clients get what they want in their personal and business lives, be it more time, more energy, increased confidence, less stress, fewer worries, or by re-igniting that positive 'can do mindset' - we can even offer advice on how to make your passion your business. When you work with Elianna we have fun, we work on what you want to do rather than what you think you should do. You determine what success means for you and at the end - the difference is you!".

Joy Daglish from Special People North
Joy Daglish is married and living in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Her “before-kids” career as a chartered management accountant was with big organisations includes British Leyland, General Foods, and Massey Ferguson. By the time Hazel and Fiona were born, she had made the transition to being a ‘big fish in a smaller pond’ - with very much broader responsibilities within a Manchester-based media business. But after 10 years Joy’s ambition was to create and mange something of her own. In 2008, she identified that opportunity.

‘Special People’ was originally created over ten years ago by the mother of a child with complex special needs. The service grew rapidly, offering domiciliary respite care for the families of children and young adults in London and the south. Recognising an opportunity to provide a service not currently available locally, Joy is working with the founder to create Special People North to serve the Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Staffordshire areas.

Special People North provides carers for a wide range of children and young people under 18 years with physical difficulties, learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders. Specific services offered range from physiotherapy, music, speech and language therapy, to clinical procedures and life skills education.

Joy explains, ‘The domiciliary care our skilled professionals are able to provide can support and help each child reach his or her full potential. This can be over a number of hours or days per week and can be made available during the day or night dependent on the family’s requirements. We can provide services both through Local Authority schemes or by private arrangement.’
